As you are in the last year of your college, find some jobs not a corporate company but a company which is in making just like a startup company where you learn very positive skills just like - sales skills, marketing skills, operation skills, and others skills. These skills are not just low based skills but these skills are the core value based skills for your learning journey in your professional life.
Based on my experience, I also don’t have skills which I struggled with in my college life and in the middle of the semester I got selected in the startup company where I have learned so many new things. This company name is Brodox where I have joined and I am able to identify the potential of software and its future impact. Brodox is a SaaS based company where I learned about B2B eCommerce. Firstly I have entered as an intern in sales and marketing and now it has converted into the CMO of this company. From zero skills to leading the marketing of this company. Still today I am working at the last year of my college and I am still with this company and giving all those values to this company.
So, I am also in the learning phase but the main thing you should learn is that you need to be patient and be consistent in your work although you don’t know how to do or implement it.

- Never think about salary while choosing job but your long term objectives. For example, my friends in MBA got jobs in Banks as they were getting better packages but few chose those jobs which helped them to get business knowledge.
- Your first job is to learn and have experience rather than earning money. I know a guy who used to be Marketing representative who later started his own business, he could get Bank job yet he did those jobs which helped him to start his own business.
- Never become sad, if you don't get a job after graduation. Not all got Jobs immediately, you have to struggle, it will help you in future. I have seen people who never face difficulty in their life and when they encounter one, they break down.
- Learn from the Failure of others rather than success stories. In real life, no one tells their real “Tricks of the Trade”
- Never Bitching about your boss or work conditions. No one is your friend at the work place. Ultimately, your words can reach your Boss's ears and you will have to face the heat.
- Do Hard work, your Boss will appreciate you sooner or later even if he is the most arrogant and selfish person in the world.
- Never discuss your salary or the salaries of other people you know who are doing the same job in another company with your colleagues.
- Never eat Lunch with Boss or Juniors. Eat lunch with your colleagues only. Juniors stop respecting your authority as they will become more friendly which actually reduces productivity at work as there will be more excuses.
- Always Find “Spy of Boss or Buttering guy” in the office, it helps you to be safe at work place.
